I downloaded it today so that I could play with it and I have to say that I'm impressed. The icon they use is horrible though for podcasts because I couldn't find it. I'm still not sure what it is. A radio perhaps? *laugh*

Another service I can't use, sadly. AIMPro has absolutely no Mac support - which is a shame, since recent survey statistics indicate that Mac users are more likely to listen to podcasts than Windows users. The PodshowPro module in AIMPro is interesting, especially the content creation part, but we'll see how it turns out in practice.

You know what would be really cool, that I could totally see being VERY useful in an AIM environment? AIMBot podcast reception. Let's say that I have a friend who is job hunting but they, frankly, just don't get it when it comes to personal branding. Let's say I want to refer them to MTG #2 on your personal brand. We know AIM and AIMPro have audio capabilities. What would be cool is if I could tell them to IM PodshowPro (a bot) with the message MTG2 (or something like that) and they'd start to hear MTG #2 right then and there. Truly on demand podcasting. The bot could also respond with the iTunes itpc link so that if they loved it, they could subscribe right then and there as well.

Wouldn't that be cool?

Excuse me, I have to go copyright this idea. On Demand IM Podcast Reception. :)
