Rather then posting a second time here and saying the same thing I’d direct you to the post on cc-chapman.com where I talk about my excitement for the launch of the new company I’m part of.
This is going to be an exciting and extremely busy week for me and the rest of the company. But, I also hope that it will be extremely rewarding as well.

    Nice. Crayon.

A company made up of people who can’t be trusted with anything sharp.

    Brilliant!

Ahhh, the courage of the anonymous poster. I love the smell of cowardice in the morning.

Yep, cool name for a marketing company. Of course, being the IP junkie that I am, I searched the name….

    Word Mark: CRAYON
Goods and Services IC 035. US 100 101 102. G & S: Marketing services, namely, providing advice and strategy on non-traditional marketing approaches including interactive, gaming, on-demand consumption, experiential marketing, long form content, communal marketing, consumer generated content, search, music/mobile and branded entertainment. … don’t forget to include the registered mark on your logo!

Good luck with your new company!

I have to say, I had my doubts about the name UNTIL I saw that logo. Wonderful stuff. It’s a neat double entendre, too. Crayon for coloring, but a few old timers may remember the supercomputing powerhouse company Cray back in the 80s. They were legendary for being able to create the fastest supercomputers on the planet.

Ahhh, John. CC knows who I am, and nobody cares what you smell.

  • http://www.themshow.com John Wall

    LOL, that is true…

  • http://www.themshow.com John Wall

…buy who gives a damn about what anybody smells?

  • http://lookingoutthewindow.com Ed Roberts

Interesting name. Hopefully the name will gleam color and creativity with people who learn about the company instead of thoughts of childlike randomness. I like it though!

  • http://lookingoutthewindow.com Ed Roberts

Ooooh… hadn’t thought of the Cray reference, Chris. Nice. (BTW… Cray is still alive and well…)

  • http://www.cc-chapman.com C.C. Chapman

Actually I laughed myself silly at Whatever’s comment. i thought it was one of the funniest things I’ve seen posted about it so far.

Buzz buzz buzz… wishing you the best of success.
