AWESOME interview. Great to hear how Erin and Kristin really understand how important relationship building with the GM sponsorship, and how they approached them about it.

One item of note that has been a HUGE sticker for me are the thoughts surrounding undervalued podcasting sponsorships, advertising, etc.. I feel that the biggest problem with this is that unless you are actively involved in marketing and advertising most of us have NO CLUE how much a typical ad buy is. For example, While $100/week may sound like an enormous amount of money for sponsorship on KCWeather... that's likely undervalued. Yes it's complicated, but no one wants to even share what a basic sponsorship SHOULD run. This is where the ADM is so important, as it can set typical starting points. If there is at least a starting point, you at least have a place to start with the valuation of your podcast.
