I just don't think Sprint's brand perception can be saved from their years of bad customer service and network performance. And more importantly, did they know Segway used this video for some serious product placement?

So, what exactly do you get? What is the big win? You get the same service you've always gotten (with the possibility of faster service with 4g) and a new 3g/4g aircard. Not sure why he mentioned the merger in his explanation or the billing issues. Why do you care how you're going to get billed when your question is what you're going to get billed? Seems like the message missed the mark. Maybe the folks at commoncraft could explain the benefits/costs just a little better.
Note to XOHM: get commoncraft to explain why this is a big win for consumers
Just a thought.
