I really appreciate you bringing this talk by Ze to my attention. We are a small business and we use our blog (www.brainmates.com.au/brainrants) as a place to talk about product managment and marketing. This is not the kind of topic that pulls huge numbers of visitors.
So when we get a small comment on an old post that reads &quot;I wish I had read this a year ago!&quot; we get our own little reminder that the words that we produce are helping people now and in the future. These are our moments.
